Framingham Condominium Developments
The residential real estate market in Framingham, Massachusetts is flourishing as a result of its thriving economy, strategic location and strong market for retailers. This is the ideal environment for condominium developments.
Advantages of Condominium Living
Condominiums are generally more affordable than single-family homes. For first-time homebuyers, condominium ownership serves as the transition from apartment living to ownership of a detached single-family property.
In condominiums, the common areas are collectively managed, eliminating the need to spend time and resources on landscaping, roof and exterior wall maintenance. Limited maintenance responsibilities are the ideal lifestyle for busy professionals. For those who spend a significant amount of time traveling for their jobs, not having to worry about maintenance issues is a must. Limited access to the interior of the condo complex enhances security for residents. The convenience provided by having a concierge service, on-site workout centers, laundry facilities and parking appeal to career-oriented individuals and empty nesters.
